Create a prototype of the product vision to validate the hypothesis and proposition. The primary business objective is to effectively lower the insurance cost ratio through the implementation of three distinct applications. Each application will play a crucial role in introducing incremental improvements, collectively contributing to a substantial reduction in insurance costs. The aim is to introduce a top-tier platform for fleet management, a white-label insights product enriched with multiple data layers. This product is strategically designed to position RS Connect as a leader in both fleet management and associated insights.
Collaborate closely with management and internal engineering teams to validate any risky assumptions by engaging with potential users. create a click-through prototype that effectively communicates key user journeys. Work collaboratively with the RS Connect team to outline a roadmap for the delivery of all assets. The product vision encompasses three distinct applications: administration, driver and appraisal. The design prioritizes clarity and ease of use, incorporating well-established interface patterns to flatten the learning curve. Additionally, the design direction takes into account the branding scalability essential for white-label products.
During the first phase of the project (Discovery), progress is swiftly shared and the design is validated with stakeholders using a click-through prototype. Adopting an agile approach, we operate in one-week sprints to promptly dissect core problems, formulate hypotheses, and validate them. This systematic process maps out the key features of each application and service, facilitating the validation of feasible solutions with key stakeholders. The main goal of the prototype is to support the client's internal negotiations for the next phase (Production).
Established as the foundational hypothesis during workshops with stakeholders and the product owner, there are three primary business goals:
