Pozitif has partnered with R/GA to develop a new brand strategy and reposition itself as the leading group in Turkey's integrated entertainment market. Following the rebrand, the primary business need is to create and build an app that can outperform current market competitors. The app will first be developed for Android, followed by iOS. This product must offer a mobile ticketing experience that embodies the spirit of the new Pozitif brand, leading the market with innovative engagement opportunities. The goal is to elevate the brand's cultural presence, transitioning from a music-centric focus to a broader cultural emphasis, and from physical events to digital experiences. This shift moves Pozitif from mere brand association to full brand integration.
Using the initially approved concept for the app as a design foundation, we can further explore and develop its features to their full potential. One of the challenges lies in translating the new brand identity into this new product while it is still being finalised and approved. Another challenge is the short timeline for delivery, which necessitates dividing into two teams to speed up the process and ensure consistent alignment. The app is designed on three core pillars: discover, enjoy, and share & plan, offering an enriching cultural experience. It aims to create lasting memories, friendships, and inspiration. It serves as a curator that connects fans, artists, and brands both online and offline, functioning as a cultural hub.
Mobilet has been developed and successfully launched, receiving positive feedback from users in the Google Play store. This success, combined with the new brand strategy and design direction, helps Pozitif establish itself as a dominant force in Turkey's integrated entertainment market. The app offers top-tier experiences that create community connections and offers the best events in arts & entertainment.

Users can view their friends' selected seats within the venue and also secure their seats nearby. Navigating the app is a breeze, allowing users to effortlessly tailor their event preferences in the feed, with the app leveraging AI-driven automation for a tailored experience. Whether dismissing events that don't align with their interests or quickly identifying and engaging with those that do, the user experience remains intuitive and user-friendly. By curating more relevant content and providing personalised recommendations, users can explore events that align perfectly with their tastes. Streamlined booking and payment processes ensure a hassle-free journey, enabling users to secure their tickets promptly, which is especially crucial when events are prone to rapid sell-outs. The product experience simplifies the event booking process and elevates it to a social and personalised realm, ensuring users stay connected, engaged, and delighted throughout their journey.
